The association was founded on April 29, 2022, based on an initiative of seven young students, with the support of eight professors from the aerospace engineering degree program. The objective was to translate the theoretical knowledge acquired during their academic studies into tangible results.

The first rocket, named LAS, was successfully launched in September 2022, reaching an apogee of approximately 300 meters. The same rocket was subsequently recovered and adapted for a second launch, in preparation for the validation tests of the Hermes project, with the objective of exceeding an altitude of 1 kilometer.

The team is comprised of two divisions: a technical division, comprising individuals responsible for specific aspects of the rocket, and a commercial division, which works in conjunction with the technical division to facilitate the growth of the projects and the association. The technical division is further divided into the following departments: Aerodynamics, Avionics, Flight Dynamics, Structures and Propulsion. All of this is headed by the board of directors.

The association collaborates with a whole range of companies in the Campania region, continually seeking to expand its network in order to enhance the scope and quality of its projects.
